					<description>There is a rhyme about red, black and yellow colors on a snake.  It is red next to black is a friendly jack (non-poisionous).  Red next to yellow can kill a fellow.  I can't tell from the picture if there is a yellow band between the red and black.  If there is it could be poisonous.  I am no snake expert but my guide book said that snakes are rare in Guatemala and are not poisionous.</description>
